in shyira

i got to shyira last night after a relativelz treacherous trip up from kigali. i rode with caleb and 12 other people from shzira in a land cruiser. when the hills were reallz steep, we slid downhill while changing gears. but i am here and on mz break from rounds. im using the german doctoräs computer, so the z and y are exchanged. i fainted earlier todaz in the hospital, but i think it was from the smells of urine and blood and sewage etc. rwanda is very densely populated; 6 million people living in what dr. king told me was about the size of maryland. i wasnt watching a sugerz, just talking to a guz and trzing to learn some words in french. anzwaz, mz blood pressure got high again soon and the kings dont think its malaria. so dont worrz mom im fine!

mz roomate here is a reallz cool girl who is a PA student. She just got here from uganda. we are going to trz to bake a cake tonight. so clearlz we get along.
